About the Role
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a motivated and professional Office Administrator to join Transperth Train Operations on a permanent, full‑time basis. Based at Perth Station and reporting to the Administration and Revenue Manager – Security, this role provides high‑quality administrative, secretarial and office management support to the Security Services Senior Management Team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and coordinating management reports, presentations and statistical information to support decision‑making and agency reporting requirements
* Supporting systems administration activities, including staff onboarding, access approvals, regular audits of system permissions and maintenance of accurate access records
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to progress matters, coordinate events and activities, and contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment
* Providing administrative support to the Senior Management Team on matters including human resources, workers' compensation and rostering
* Monitoring compliance with established policies, procedures and governance requirements across administrative processes
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Demonstrated experience in administrative support role, with a sound understanding of general office procedures.
* The ability to handle confidential information appropriately and use initiative in day‑to‑day work.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Good organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Confidence using common workplace systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite and electronic document management systems, with accurate typing and data entry ability.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
