A professional and busy family in Bayside, Victoria are seeking an
experienced, active and nurturing nanny/household manager
to care for their delightful
twin boys (21 months)
and provide support in keeping their household running smoothly.
Days and Hours
Wednesday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
About the Role
This is a hands-on role combining childcare, meal preparation, and general household organisation. The family are seeking someone who can form a
loving, supportive bond
with their boys while maintaining a calm, structured and engaging home environment.
The ideal nanny will be
friendly, positive, highly organised
, and experienced in caring for toddlers. Someone proactive who enjoys planning activities, encouraging development, and creating a nurturing atmosphere will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and supervision for the children
Follow and maintain the children's daily routine
Plan and engage in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to support development
Take the children for walks, to the park, and other outings
Prepare nutritious family meals (organic and healthy where possible)
Assist with light household duties — including laundry, tidying bedrooms and play areas, grocery shopping, and general household organisation
Contribute to weekly household planning to ensure smooth daily operations
Minimum
10+ years' experience
as a nanny/house manager
Experience with twins
highly regarded
Current
First Aid Certificate
Current
Working With Children Check
Strong
communication skills
and fluent English (additional languages welcome)
Comfortable with dogs/Pet Friendly
