Our Actuarial & Analytics Graduate Program is open to candidates basedinGadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne), commencingon 8 February 2027. This isan 18-month full-time programthat offers multiple rotations and exposure within your chosen field. WhatYou'llDo

* Rotate across multiple teams including Actuarial Reserving, Analytics & AI, Group Actuarial and Insurance Pricing
* Develop a mix of advisory and technical capabilities while building strong networks across the organisation
* Support business leaders in the delivery of high‐quality advice by analysing data to generate insights
* Leverage mathematical algorithms from linear modelling to machine learning and other advanced analytics to solve problems and inform decisions
* Collaborate within IAG's Actuarial & Analytics community, which includes actuaries, mathematicians, statisticians, data scientists, climate scientists and engineers working across Australia and New Zealand

What You'll Bring

A university degree or higher (graduated in 2024-2025) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2026–ideallyfromActuarial, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Science, Computer Science or Engineering disciplines

You are an Australian and/or New Zealand citizen, or you hold valid work rights in Australiafor the duration of the program
