The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work under pressure. They should possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, listening to clients' requirements and offering needs-based solutions, developing and maintaining ecommerce platforms, managing inbound calls, customer queries and online requests, introducing and promoting new products and ranges.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role and a proven track record (2 years')
