Our client is a growing, neuro-affirming psychology practice in Geelong, seeking a passionate, Psychologist to join their supportive and fun team. With a brand-new clinic featuring a sensory gym and immediate caseload demand, this is an exciting opportunity to make meaningful impact while enjoying true work–life balance.
This is a warm, energetic clinic who thrive on creative approaches to Child Psychology, and will suit a clinician who enjoys person-centred interventions.
What’s on Offer
* Competitive salary up to $120k + super, commensurate with experience
* Realistic KPIs, with a FTE caseload of 23-25 billable hours.
* Referrals from Medicare, NDIS and private fee-paying clients.
* Option for full caseload from day one with existing waitlist clients, or build it up gradually. Whatever suits you!
* Paid external supervision and allocated PD budget for continual growth
* Fortnightly team check-ins, flexible onboarding, and strong admin support

Requirements
* Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
