Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
* Process all Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on time.
* Prepare and process Client Progress Claims.
* Manage bank account and credit card reconciliations.
* Maintain subcontractor WHS compliance records.
* Perform general accounts duties and ad-hoc tasks as directed by the finance team.
* Collaborate effectively with the finance team to support financial operations.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial processes.
