The Job
At Simpro, we help field services businesses streamline operations through smart software solutions. We're growing fast - and we're looking for driven, people-oriented professionals to help us qualify inbound leads and guide future customers toward success with our platform.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who wants to step into the tech world, learn fast, and grow their career.
What You'll Do- Qualify inbound leads (80% of your time) - your job is to speak with potential customers who are already interested, understand their needs, and guide them through the early stages of the buying process.- Book product demos with our Account Executives and support them in closing deals.- Become a product and customer workflow expert so you can help identify where our platform can bring value.- Keep things organized - log key insights in our CRM (Salesforce) and maintain accurate records.- Build a pipeline of potential customers through outreach and nurturing.- Collaborate, learn, and grow - attend weekly 1:1s, training sessions, and sales reviews that will sharpen your skills and accelerate your path.
What You'll Bring- A background in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.- A consultative approach - you ask the right questions and genuinely want to help people.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- The ability to learn software quickly and explain its value in simple terms.- A drive to meet goals and a desire to grow professionally.- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, or Gong is a plus (but not a dealbreaker).
