The Roles
Role 1 – Tier 1 Competition team looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join them. The role will include both advisory and contentious work. The team advises many of Australia's and the world's leading organisations, in a wide range of industries, across the full spectrum of competition, consumer law and regulatory work, including cartel and behavioural investigations, litigation, merger clearances, and regulatory advice. Clients are in a wide range of industry sectors including telecommunications, energy and natural resources, financial institutions, infrastructure, transport, manufacturing and industrials and retail.
Role 2 – International firm looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Competition, Consumer & Regulatory team in Melbourne. This role will provide you with the opportunity to be actively involved in the full range of competition and consumer law services as well as receiving on‑going training and development. You will work across: Mergers and acquisitions; Joint ventures; Anti‑competitive conduct allegations; ACCC investigations and immunity applications; Access undertakings and arrangements; ACCC enforcement action and third party litigation; Marketing and advertising reviews; Review of contractual terms; and Compliance programs.
