We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing quality strategies, managing internal audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
* Initiating corrective actions, reviewing audit results, and collaborating with third-party organizations.
* Facilitating lessons learned initiatives, maintaining records, and enhancing business operations.
* Analysing performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality management practices.
Key qualifications for this role include:
* Extensive experience in quality assurance systems development, implementation, and management.
* Hands-on experience with quality management practices, including TQM, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in root cause analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build a strong safety culture.
