I am seeking a confident and highly capable Insurance Estimator to join a insurance builder delivering quality repair and restoration works across Brisbane and the northern suburbs. This role offers a mix of work from home and onsite flexibility, with strong autonomy and trust placed in your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on site assessments of residential and major loss insurance claims
* Prepare detailed and accurate scopes of works for repair and reinstatement projects
* Develop cost estimates using Prime Ecosystem
* Review reports, photos, and documentation to ensure accurate claim assessment
* Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, supervisors, and clients
* Identify variations, supplementary works, and cost adjustments where required
* Ensure all scopes align with policy coverage, building codes, and industry standards
About You:
* Several years' experience estimating within the insurance building sector
* Experience estimating major loss and complex claims
* Proficient in Prime Ecosystem (highly preferred)
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Self motivated, organised, and outcome driven
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
