About the Role: As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of white-collar roles. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to source, attract, and secure top-tier talent.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for white-collar positions
* Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
* Proactively source candidates through various channels
* Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments
* Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients
* Achieve and exceed individual performance targets

* Proven experience in white-collar recruitment (agency or in-house)
* Strong business development and relationship management skills
