Job Title: Beverage And Food Reservations And Sales Agent
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Beverage and Food Reservations and Sales Agent at W Brisbane.
This exciting opportunity will support the Beverage and Food Department with key aspects of day-to-day activities, including reservations, activations, reporting, and administration.
* Manage all phones in a professional manner according to brand guidelines.
* Prepare proposals and contracts for events in the outlets.
* Coordinate VIP reservations, amenities, and personalised letters as required.
* Conduct Insider Tours and Familiarisation visits for prospective clients.
