Join Our Team: Sales Support Coordinator

Normet is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and sales coordination support to our Senior Management and Sales teams. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of sales activities through managing customer records, coordinating sales documentation and reports, maintaining the CRM system, scheduling meetings and events, and assisting with internal processes across the business.
As our Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for:
* Sales Support & Administration: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with promotional items. Provide support via MS Teams and Dynamics 365 CE.
* Data & Document Management: Maintain customer databases, sales records, and ensure proper filing of contracts and correspondence.
* Reporting & Analysis: Generate inventory reports, sales reports and quotations and assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
* Meetings & Events: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics, budgets, catering for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
* Onboarding & Travel: Support onboarding of new sales staff and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport.
* Process Development: Create and refine procedures within a structured management framework.
* National Coordination: Assist Service Centre's with centralised procurement of stationery, PPE, and uniforms.
Your experience, skills and abilities
* 5 years experience as an Office Coordinator, Sales Support or Business Support Coordinator role or similar.
* Highly organised and thrives in fast-paced environments—able to juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and drive tasks to completion with a proactive mindset
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare a wide range of documents and correspondence, and to clearly and succinctly convey key information.
* Ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people and to work independently with limited supervision
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and resolve issues
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and aptitude for learning new software and systems
* Familiarity with, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CE is highly regarded
* Industry knowledge in mining, manufacturing, aviation, or heavy diesel is desirable
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
* Flexibility to travel interstate if required
* Full working rights in Australia is essential in order to be considered for this position.
The successful candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and obtain a National Police Clearance before commencement.
