About The Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, ideal for someone with a bubbly, engaging personality who enjoys working with people and managing a variety of tasks. As a key member of our front-line team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every customer receives the high standard of service we pride ourselves on.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver empathetic and exceptional service to all customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met
* Handle service bookings and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and SMS
* Support workshop productivity and performance
* Manage job costings and invoicing accurately and efficiently
* Process warranty claims in a timely and compliant manner
* Maintain all reporting requirements and meet set KPIs
* Identify and contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
About You
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
* Confident in using software systems and communication tools
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team
* Experience in a similar automotive or dealership service advisor role is highly regarded
