About the opportunity
Altrad is seeking an experienced Stores Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Dalby facility, supporting the efficient supply and inventory management of rotating equipment and associated parts.
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities, ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You'll play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting operational teams, and delivering reliable supply chain outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily operations across our Dalby warehouse
* Manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of spare parts and equipment's
* Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, stock take and cycle counts
* Ensure accurate identification and handling of parts and part numbers
* Maintain inventory systems and ensure data accuracy across all records
* Coordinate logistics activities including loading and unloading vehicles
* Supervise picking, packing and dispatch processes to meet customer requirements
* Lead and support warehouse staff, fostering a high-performing team culture
* Promote and enforce HSEQ standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
About you
* Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse supervision or a similar role, ideally within rotating equipment, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team
* Solid understanding of inventory management, stock control processes and warehouse operations
* Experience with ERP or CMMS systems and confidence working across inventory platforms
* Ability to accurately interpret part numbers and manage high-value or precision components
* Experience processing purchase and sales orders in line with company procedures
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
* Current Australian Driver's license and forklift License required.
