Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: All of Australia (Remote)Contract Type: Full-time consultant/service provider for 12 months with potential extensionSalary: $85k - $100k + attractive commission up to 5% of sales valueAbout the Role:As a BDM at Digital400, you'll lead our growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into revenue. You'll collaborate with end-user organizations and channel partners to drive business across various verticals.Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the Australian market and experience working with both corporate and enterprise clients. Success depends on your ability to foster and maintain lasting relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.We are an agile, fast-moving company, requiring adaptability to evolving customer needs, technology trends, and internal dynamics. You should be comfortable stepping into new challenges and evolving with us.What You’ll Bring:A proactive “hunter” mindset with a passion for uncovering new opportunities.Ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, exceeding revenue targets.Experience in solution-based selling with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.Ambition, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail in addressing market opportunities and client inquiries.Willingness to learn and stay updated on our technology offerings.Experience in software sales and leveraging CxO networks to generate revenue.Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.Effective influencing and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand for client meetings and deal closures.Proficiency with CRM platforms to manage sales opportunities.Our presales team, supported by dedicated Client Service Managers based in Colombo, will assist you in crafting proposals, delivering presentations, and demonstrations.Who We Want:5+ years in tech sales/business development with strong client references.Established CxO-level network that can open opportunities.Why You’ll Love It Here:Uncapped earnings potential.Attractive base salary plus commissions.All travel expenses covered.Supportive, high-performing team environment.If you thrive on targets and building empires, we want to hear from you.
