Your Next OpportunityClarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a confident and customer-focused Tender & Contract Presenter to join our Beresfield team.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in the customer journey, presenting building tenders and contracts to clients and ensuring they fully understand inclusions, pricing, and documentation before proceeding to construction.
Your ability to communicate clearly and build trust will help create a smooth and positive transition from sales to build.
What You'll Do
Present building tenders and contracts to customers, in person or virtually
Clearly explain pricing, inclusions, variations, and contractual documentation
Answer customer questions and address concerns with professionalism and clarity
Liaise with sales, estimating, drafting, and administration teams to ensure accuracy
Ensure all contracts and documentation are completed, signed, and compliant
Support customers through the pre-construction contract phase
About You
Experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or administration role
Strong communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to explain complex information clearly
Confidence working with contracts, pricing, and documentation
Ability to manage multiple appointments and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A professional, customer-focused approach with strong relationship skills
