About the Role
This position involves providing high-level administrative support to meet the functions of regional operations, development or emergency operations capability.
Responsibilities include setting priorities and monitoring workflows to manage human resource and finance administration, records and database management, medal and award nominations, official functions and/or diary management and secretariat duties as required, and monitoring for compliance with policy and procedures.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to Regional Operations teams
* Supporting emergency management, community safety or training initiatives
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
A C Class driver's licence (non-restricted) is required.
