Reporting to the Director you will provide leadership to a small team of Sales Assistants and influence their performance towards achieving operational targets.
This position is varied and involves supplying a wide range of farm advice on crop protection, fertiliser, fencing, animal health, irrigation etc. You will also be responsible for customer service, stock control, sales, ordering, branch transfers along with all other relevant administration.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to manage a retail merchandise business, increasing sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of Sales Assistants reporting to the Director and influence their performance towards achieving operational targets.
* Take responsibility and ownership for implementing strategies that drive operational excellence and performance within the Bathurst store.
* Provide a wide range of farm advice on crop protection, fertiliser, fencing, animal health, irrigation, etc.
* Manage customer service, stock control, sales, ordering, branch transfers and related administration.
* Develop and manage retail merchandise strategy to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively, be self-motivated and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
* Ensure compliance with citizenship requirement for the role.
