This is a rare opportunity for an experienced senior clinical leader to shape and lead complex paediatric care services across metro Perth.
As Director of Clinical Operations, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our clinical services, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based, child- and family-centred care. You will work closely with the CEO and Executive team to drive clinical excellence, service innovation, workforce capability, and sustainable growth.

About the role
* Providestrategic leadership ensuring safe, evidence-based, child-focused care across all clinical service streams.
* Lead, develop and mentora clinical team
* Driveclinical governance, quality improvement, risk management and child safety
* Overseefinancial and contractual management to ensure sustainability and growth
* Lead service development, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Represent Hannah's House across networks, government, and community partnerships
About you
* Bachelor of Nursing or higher with current AHPRA registration
* Significant leadership experience in complex clinical environment
* Expertise in clinical governance, risk management, and child safety
* Financial acumen, including budget and workforce management
* High level of understanding of NDIS standards, legislation and funding
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPostgraduate qualification in business management is highly regarded
