Your Roles and Responsibilities
* Full understanding of the scope of works that are being undertaken onsite
* Supervision and mentoring of allocated staff onsite and setting weekly or fortnightly targets for individual site to ensure completion dates are met
* First point of communication between Supervisors and RFI about project works
* Project work in progress reporting
* Supervisor and Staff training
* Quality Control and reporting of Quality Management systems (Site docs)
* Management of defects via task reporting and documentation of sign off with photos
* Champion of digital documentation and training to implement this with the team onsite on how to access information via Site Docs format
* Management of unit/project handovers with clients and project management
* Recognition of staff members that are deserving of effort bonuses for hitting or exceeding project targets
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Supervisor (rectification works highly regarded).
* A knack for leadership, organisation, and communication.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Trade background or relevant construction qualifications.
