As an Organisational Development Advisor, you will design and deliver impactful leadership and workforce capability initiatives, working in partnership with leaders to translate organisational priorities into practical, engaging and human-centred solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Development & Facilitation
* Design and facilitate engaging leadership development programs, workshops and learning experiences that build capability, confidence and inclusive leadership practices
* Provide practical tools and resources to support performance conversations, team effectiveness and psychological safety
Learning Design & Human-Centred Capability Development
* Apply contemporary learning design and human-centred design approaches to create relevant, accessible and impactful development experiences
* Co-design solutions with leaders and teams that respond to real workforce needs and operational contexts
Organisation-Wide Capability & Organisational Development Initiatives
* Partner with business areas to identify capability gaps and develop targeted workforce development initiatives
* Contribute to organisational development priorities including change, culture, service improvement and workforce planning
Systems, Insights & Continuous Improvement
* Maintain learning systems, training records and reporting to support compliance, workforce insights and informed decision-making
* Use data, feedback and curiosity to identify trends, evaluate impact and continuously improve programs
DEI, GEAP & Contemporary Practice
* Support delivery of the Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) and broader Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives
* Embed inclusive, contemporary Organisational Development practices across programs and leadership approaches
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership
* Build trusted relationships across the organisation and act as a valued partner to leaders
* Influence and support leaders to embed learning into everyday practice
ABOUT YOU
You are a curious, collaborative and contemporary Organisational Development practitioner who enjoys working at the intersection of leadership, learning and organisational improvement.
You bring:
* Experience in organisational development, leadership development or learning design
* Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create engaging, practical learning experiences
* Ability to apply human-centred design and systems thinking to workforce challenges
* Proven capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across varied environments
* A mindset of curiosity, continuous improvement and innovation
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes
* Experience working with or supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives (desirable)
