We currently have an opportunity for an **Estate Appraisal Auditor **to join our team. This position will be to support the Spotless Defence Contract for delivery of Estate Maintenance and Operations Services (EMOS) to the Department of Defence QLD and SNSW Regions.
You will support the Senior Estate Appraisal Manager (SNSW) to ensure all the systems for the Estate Appraisal condition assessments are developed, implemented and meet or exceed the Defence requirements.
**What you'll do**
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Plan, organise, and prioritise their work in order to meet strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders.
- Assist us to deliver leading edge Estate Appraisal Management, requiring regular interface with the client, contractors and internal contract personnel.
- Responsibility for assisting with EA Desktop Appraisals for designated area or as defined by Senior Estate Appraisal Manager
- Maintain responsibility for Work, Health, Safety and Environment (WHSE) implications, ensuring works are planned and executed in accordance with Spotless policy, Defence policy and the relevant environmental legislation.
- Support the Company goals and directives for environmental sustainability within scope of own role.
**What you'll bring**
- Relevant construction and/or engineering industry certification and /or tertiary qualifications.
- Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory)
- Asbestos Awareness Trained.
- Significant experience in a similar field, i.e. asset management and analysis in the building industry including understanding of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards.
- Sound commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make business recommendations.
