We're currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team in Castlemaine and Bendigo.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and transport
* Support clients in community activities and social engagement
* Implement individual support plans with professionalism and empathy
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
