Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Technical Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective IT solutions.
* Design, implement, and manage technology solutions that align with client objectives.
* Lead workshops, deliver presentations, and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders.
* Manage the client review and sign-off process for project deliverables and documentation.
* Provide leadership and innovation in designing client-centric solutions.
* Document project artefacts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Work autonomously and collaboratively with remote teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, with a strong focus on exceeding client expectations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a blend of technical and business analysis expertise.
* Must have technical expertise and experience with ITSM and/or PSA platforms.
* Familiarity with the use of online collaborative tools.
* Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, HaloITSM, and HaloPSA is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Proven experience in delivering business or technology solutions, from requirements gathering to solution design.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, preferably Agile methodologies.
* Client-facing experience, including managing expectations, delivering presentations, and running workshops.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong all-round IT skills.
* Industry-recognised certifications are highly desirable.
