**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**
Based in Western Sydney, your organisation is looking for an experienced Workshop Administrator to assist the team in day-to-day duties. Substantial experience is not mandatory, but you will be expected to bring experience working within a workshop (repair & maintenance) environment.
**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
A 6-12 month contract. Reporting to the Plant, Fleet & Mechanical Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will be to provide efficient administrative support to the workshop and mechanics.
**DUTIES.**
- Manage processing of invoices, including payments, PO's, receipting invoices & quotes
- Organisation of meetings
- Maintain and update databases, record keeping systems and workflow statistics
- Manage the stationary & supplies
- Fleet management, insurance & repairs relevant duties included
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Highly developed administrative skills and experiences
- Experience working within a workshop environment
- Ability to coordinate a large number of varied tasks
- High level of maturity and communication skills
