Job Title: Senior Administration Officer
About the Role
This position is responsible for supervising administrative staff and overseeing office operations within a school. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing documentation, maintaining records, and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
* Maintaining spreadsheets, managing correspondence, and collating data for reports
* Providing financial support by maintaining financial records systems and processing payments
* Assisting with submissions, statistical summaries, data sets, and report compilation
* Responding to enquiries from students, staff, and external partners
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training. Demonstrated administrative capability with previous experience in a university or tertiary environment is highly desirable.
The candidate should have high level competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Timetabling and Data Base programs (Allocate, Sonia, CELCAT), and video-conferencing tools.
