About the Role:
In this role, your support will enhance our client's overall wellbeing, both physically and emotionally, fostering empowerment and a sense of value. Your duties include but are not limited to:
* Personal care needs
* Domestic cares
* Performing vital observations
* Stock deliveries
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, Home and Community Care or Health Services Assistance
* A student in the second or third year of a Bachelor of Nursing degree at an Australian university or accredited higher education provider
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Current Police Check
* Medication Management competency
* Immunisation History Statement. Vaccinations required:
o Hepatitis B (3 dose series AND serology showing immunity)
o Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) (2 doses of live measles or MMR OR serology showing immunity OR birth before 1957)
o Pertussis (1 dose of dTap within last 10 years)
o Varicella (2 doses of vaccine OR serology showing immunity OR history of diagnosis of varicella or herpes zoster)
* Australian Citizenship or a work visa with no restrictions
* Your own reliable vehicle and current Australian Driver's License
