FLRHUB is an online flooring platform designed to serve both the commercial (B2B) and retail (B2C) markets. We act as the dedicated procurement arm for our customers; homeowners, builders, developers and installers, providing a streamlined online marketplace to source materials and connect with professional labour. By offering a suite of specialized tools through our B2B portal, FLRHUB empowers our customers to manage projects with greater speed, transparency, and efficiency.
Role Overview
This role is based in out of our Adelaide warehouse. FLRHUB is looking for a switched-on, "hands-on" Operations Coordinator to join our team. This isn't a role where you'll just be sitting behind a desk filing papers; you will be the central to our daily operations. You'll be responsible for managing the products on our ecommerce site, coordinating logistics, procurement and ensuring our clients receive seamless service.
We aren't looking for a "perfect on paper" candidate—we are looking for a critical thinker who is eager to learn, tech-savvy, and ready to take ownership of a broad range of tasks.
Your Day-to-Day
Backend Management: Keeping our website product listings accurate, updated, and ready for our customers.
Procurement: Placing purchase orders with suppliers and ensuring stock levels align with project needs.
Logistics & Transport: Booking deliveries and managing transport schedules to ensure flooring materials arrive on-site, on time, across Australia.
Customer Service: Acting as the reliable point of contact for client inquiries, solving problems before they become issues.
Process Improvement: Looking at how we do things and finding ways to make them faster, better, or more secure.
What You Bring to the Table
A "Figure-It-Out" Attitude: You are a natural problem solver who doesn't wait for a manual to tackle a challenge.
Tech Literacy: You're comfortable navigating software. If you've used Excel or Xero before, that's a huge plus, but we can train you if you're a quick study.
Operational Mindset: You enjoy seeing a process through from start to finish—from the moment a product is listed to the moment it's delivered.
Clear Communication: Whether it's an email to a supplier or a phone call with a site manager, you're professional and concise.
