Smokemart & Gift Box – Sales Assistant

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a customer‐first mentality with a passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You will be part of a progressive business that values internal career growth and thrives in a busy sales‐driven environment.
Your Role
* Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport
* Sound cash handling and EFTPOS
* Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business
* Maintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation
* Work towards budgets, targets and KPIs
* Assist with stock control and quality management
* Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
You Will Also Have
* A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Proven ability to work within a fast‐paced retail environment
* A happy, friendly and energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high quality customer service
* Valid Police Check Report is required if successful in interview stage
Availability Requirements
The successful candidate should have flexible availability but be willing to commit to a range of shifts between the hours of 13:00 – 18:00 on weekdays and weekends.
