Sales Support & Office Coordinator - Hobart

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support & Office Coordinator to join our team in Hobart. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager, Account Managers, and Sales Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing schedules, designing proposals, and maintaining client lists.
* Operating Salesforce, Aquira, VCreative, Microsoft, and maintaining knowledge of systems.
* Managing material instructions, bookings, and Sponsorship assets on-air and digital.
* Coordinating with agencies to fulfill requests for rates, account enquiries, pre-and post-broadcast times, post-campaign reports, and dubs of commercials (wav).
* Managing the reception operation, including greeting guests, answering incoming calls, and distributing prizes.
We are looking for an individual with excellent task management and prioritization skills, who is energetic, enthusiastic, and has good interpersonal and communication skills.
