**The Role**
This roles’ focus is to bring out the best in the PM team, ensure they feel supported and essentially ensure that portfolios are correctly managed. You will:
- Conduct weekly team culture meetings as well as weekly individual KPI meetings
- Hold and conduct weekly task training sessions and onboard training
- Provide weekly / monthly commentary on business units and division performance to the Management team
- Resource management - ensuring holiday leave is covered and recruitment is activated when portfolios are nearing maximum levels
- Support with elevated issues and client retention
- Special ad hoc projects as they arise

**Specific requirements**
This is an exciting career step for a Senior Property Manager seeking a move away from portfolio management. To be chosen you will have:
- A strong track record of having worked in Property Management
- Some staff management experience
- Be confident, proactive, and comfortable presenting in a small team setting
- Understand KPI reporting
