We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Account Manager & Delivery Driver to join our QLD team. This unique hybrid role is perfect for someone who can blend logistics and customer care, delivering not just great coffee, but great service too.
What you’ll be doing:
•Build strong relationships with a portfolio of customers and provide outstanding support.
•Deliver coffee and equipment safely and on time, while representing Veneziano in a professional and personable way.
•Solve problems on the go, ensuring any customer issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly.
•Keep the warehouse humming, supporting stock movements and coordination.
•Maintain delivery records, vehicle condition, and inventory systems with accuracy.
What you’ll bring :
•Advance coffee knowledge
•A valid driver’s licence and confidence navigating Brisbane and surrounds.
•Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
•A forklift licence and hands-on warehouse experience.
•Comfort with technology such as delivery apps, GPS, and inventory software like NetSuite.
•A can-do attitude, great communication, and a high level of organisation.
