Salary: $76,250 - $79,500 Base + Super + Team Discounts
Job Overview
We're searching for the ultimate Accommodation Manager, a guru in rooms and rates and the smile of the accommodation team. You will ensure every guest's stay feels like a home away from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategically manage room rates & booking channels to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate with the leadership team, Publican, Accommodation, and Guest Services Teams to create memorable guest experiences.
* Oversee online reviews, maintaining quality service standards.
* Welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner.
Requirements
Physical: This hands‐on role involves manual handling and lifting (e.g., moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Candidates must safely and efficiently perform these tasks.
* Experience, confidence, and pride in owning the Accommodation Team.
* Strong hospitality background with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Commitment to excellence and high standards.
