We are seeking a professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
This role will involve taking ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, anticipating their needs, and recommending products and services.
* Reneew and grow customer accounts by providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
* Increase client satisfaction through improved Net Promoter Score metrics.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer across departments.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pass on expansion leads.
* Foster product adoption and success with senior stakeholders.
* Built strong direct client relationships and retain them.
