HOBAN Recruitment are currently sourcing an experienced APS3 Level Corporate Operations Officer to work with our client who is an independent statutory agency, responsible for supporting thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.
The Procurement and Corporate Services Branch support the Agency business areas by providing corporate, procurement and property services. The Corporate Services Section is responsible for overseeing and managing corporate operations (including fleet vehicles and mail distribution), information and knowledge management, and corporate shared services.
Located in Brisbane, QLD
$37.36 per hour + superannuation
Up to 12-month duration, possibility of an extension, pending business requirements
About the role
Providing support to Corporate Operations team members on corporate operations team enquiries.
Providing advice in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
Understanding operational issues as they arise and escalating as necessary.
Undertaking the processing and distribution of mail and associated activities.
Engaging with Services Australia on Agency fleet enquiries.
