Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our Australian hotel portfolio, currently consisting of 9 hotels. You will work closely with the CEO, Hotel GMs, and global executives to ensure brand standards, guest satisfaction, and financial goals are met.
Your role will include supporting new hotel openings, improving operational processes, and serving as a key liaison between corporate and hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee revenue, cost, and profitability reviews across all hotels
Collaborate with HR on brand standards, audits, and satisfaction metrics
Implement and monitor KPIs using a balanced scorecard approach
Lead the rollout of the company's Vision, Mission, and Values
Act as Relief General Manager when needed
Support onboarding of new General Managers
Serve as a communication bridge between hotels and corporate office
Lead operational improvement and innovation projects
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years in a General Manager role
Proven experience in multi-property hotel operations or senior hotel management
Strong understanding of financial and operational KPIs
Experience with Management Letting Rights (MLR) properties
Experience with hotel pre-openings and brand standard implementation
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
Willingness to travel as required
