Project Manager - High-End Fitouts & Specialist Construction Projects

About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with the leadership team to ensure the safe, profitable, timely, and high-quality delivery of projects. Your role will involve overseeing multiple projects or leading a team to successfully deliver a flagship project. About You:
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who genuinely cares about their team and can motivate them to deliver exceptional results. You will also bring:
* Experience managing fitout and refurbishment projects.
* A strong understanding of project management within the construction industry.
* A building-related degree, diploma, or trade background.
* Excellent financial acumen and communication skills.
* The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of specifications and drawings, ensuring accuracy and buildability.
* An understanding of EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality) principles.
Role Requirements:
* National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
* White Card
* First Aid Certification (desirable)
* Working with Children (or be willing to obtain)
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
