With an inspirational MD (35+ years of industry experience), an enviable customer base, and a healthy pipeline of guaranteed opportunities, they are looking to hire a digitally savvy, experienced Business Development Manager to growth and elevate their brand.

Key role components include –
Strategic Business Development
* Build and execute growth strategies across existing and emerging market channels;
* Strengthen relationships with major brands and convert new commercial opportunities; and
* Influence long‑term sales direction and market positioning.
Client & Project Leadership
* Act as a strategic partner to clients across design, development, and rollout;
* Oversee project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution; and
* Work closely with design, operations, and manufacturing teams.
Digital, Marketing & Social Media
* Lead and elevate the company's digital presence and social strategy;
* Use AI tools to improve BD efficiency, marketing performance, and content creation; and
* Develop targeted digital campaigns that drive inbound growth.
Sales & Reporting
* Maintain and grow sales pipeline and produce weekly activity reports, and
* Deliver strategic insights on market trends, competitors, and client activity.
Who You Are
* An experienced BDM, Account Manager or Sales professional (retail, design, manufacturing, FMCG or consumer products preferred)
* Digitally savvy — confident with social media, content creation, CRMs, AI tools
* An effective Project Manager comfortable with complex, multi‑stage workflows
* Commercially astute, proactive and results oriented
* A natural relationship‑builder with outstanding communication skills
* A true team play who works independently with full flexibility and accountability
* Exceptional Excel skills
