* Ensure care is trauma informed, culturally safe, and aligned with best practice standards in perinatal and early childhood wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote secure parent–child relationships, family resilience, and equitable access to care.
Qualifications
* Bring experience in psychosocial assessment, advocacy, and patient centred care, with a strong commitment to achieving health outcomes.
* Bring experience working within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring care is coordinated, responsive, and culturally respectful.
* Demonstrate professionalism through reflective practice, clinical supervision, ongoing professional development, and participation in quality improvement activities.
* Work collaboratively, engage respectfully with families, and uphold the values and ethical standards of NSW Health and the AASW Code of Ethics.
* Manage workload efficiently, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute positively to team goals, service development, and student learning.
