Duties and Responsibilities
* Front desk duties including answering phones and greeting clients
* Taking clients through properties for sale or lease
* Ad hoc assistance to marketing, sales & leasing teams
* CRM Database management
* Sales, leasing, advertising & accounts administration
Qualifications and Requirements
* Authentic with a positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to work autonomously
* Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task
* IT savvy
* High attention to detail
* Effective communicator
* Interest in Commercial Real Estate
