Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities
* Develop and implement tailored support plans

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
* Experience working with individuals with complex behaviours
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical capacity to undertake manual handling tasks
