About the Position: Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their growing Gold Coast team. You’ll work on a diverse mix of commercial and corporate matters, with exposure to large-scale transactions, business structuring, and complex advisory work. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with senior leadership and be supported through a structured development framework, including mentoring, regular feedback, and a clear roadmap toward progression — including future leadership opportunities. Matters you’ll manage include: Mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures Shareholder and partnership agreements Commercial contracts and structuring advice Business sale and purchase negotiations Corporate governance and compliance You’ll also play an active role in mentoring junior team members and shaping the future of the Gold Coast office.
