Overview
Our client is a WA owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the state. They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from $20M–$300M. They are seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team on a major social housing development working across two projects worth $12M each. This is a site-based role, taking the lead as a Contract Administrator working closely with an experienced Project Manager, offering excellent exposure and strong career development.
Responsibilities
Lead as Contract Administrator on site while coordinating with the Project Manager. Support project delivery on two social housing projects ($12M each). Collaborate with project teams to manage contract administration tasks and contribute to ensuring project goals are met.
About You / Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Proven Contract Administrator experience with a commercial builder
* Experience on commercial projects $20M+
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Employment history with commercial construction builders
