Hospitality Officer Role Overview
This role supports senior hospitality staff members with daily operations, including housekeeping and laundry services.
Key Responsibilities
* SUPPORTING SENIOR HOSPITALITY STAFF MEMBERS WITH DAILY OPERATIONS WHICH INCLUDES HOUSEKEEPING AND LAUNDRY SERVICES
* PREPARING, COOKING AND DELIVERING FOOD IN ADHERENCE WITH AUSTRALIAN FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OF OUR RESIDENTS
* UPHOLDING IMPECCABLE HYGIENE STANDARDS
In this role you will be working closely with the hospitality team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and service. This includes supporting with daily tasks such as cleaning and laundry, as well as preparing and delivering food in accordance with Australian food safety standards and dietary requirements.
Skills and Qualifications Required
* Previous experience in a hospitality role or related field
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with Australian food safety standards and dietary requirements
