Join The Tops as our Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our venue.
As the first point of contact, you'll create a warm, professional, and memorable experience for guests, visitors, and contractors. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll balance front desk responsibilities while supporting Guest Relations operations, to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and positive stay.

Your Contribution
* Welcome guests, visitors and contractors with a warm and professional approach
* Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries promptly and accurately
* Provide helpful information about the venue, facilities and local area
* Respond to guest requests and concerns with empathy, efficiency and professionalism
* Provide support to Guest Relations and Bookings operations
* Identify and report maintenance or guest-related issues promptly
* Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, team-focused environment
About You
* Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception or a similar role
* Strong organisational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Willingness to work within a Christian values-based organisation
* Passionate about delivering great customer and guest experiences in friendly, approachable and confident interactions with a wide range of people
* Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
* Positive, reliable and a supportive team player with high attention to detail and professionalism
