Front Desk Officer

**About the Role**: Join Ach Group in a full-time front desk officer role at Mile End to provide high-end customer service to visitors and over the phone, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
**What you'll do**:
- Provide seamless and solution focused customer service in-person and over the phone
- Undertake administration tasks
- Contribute to the customer experience by providing and linking customers to expert services that support maintaining a good life
About you
- Outstanding customer service skills, with proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- IT savvy - with intermediate computer literacy, with the ability to use various software and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
**You will need**:
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
