You'll take ownership of the financial control and reporting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all statutory and management reporting cycles. Your technical expertise will be complemented by your ability to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and contribute to broader business strategy through insightful analysis and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who brings a strong foundation in financial accounting, ideally CA or CPA qualified, with proven experience managing teams in complex environments. If you're a confident communicator, hands-on leader, and motivated by the opportunity to shape outcomes and mentor others, this is a rewarding next step in your career.
In this role you will
* Lead the preparation of financial and regulatory reports in line with compliance;
* Develop and implement accounting policies and robust internal controls;
* Oversee general ledger integrity and ensure accurate financial data across systems;
* Partner with external auditors, advisors, and key internal stakeholders;
* Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting, and processes; and
* Manage, mentor, and support the development of a high-performing finance team.

* Technically Sound – Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, internal controls, and accounting policy, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy;
* Proactive Leader – Confident managing teams, driving performance, and coaching others, while taking ownership of continuous improvement;
* Stakeholder Savvy – Comfortable engaging with auditors, advisors, and senior stakeholders, with strong communication and relationship-building skills; and
* Systems & Process Minded – Experienced in driving system upgrades or process efficiencies, with a mindset for optimisation and scalability.
