As a Trainee Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the industry learning the skills with a variety of different work in different locations on a daily basis.

ABOUT THE HOST EMPLOYER:
Our Host Employer is part of the world’s largest upholstery and carpet cleaning service, cleaning an estimated one billion square feet of carpet each year. They aspire to keep pushing the limits in the carpet cleaning industry through their application of innovative research and technology, high-quality equipment, solutions, and education. They are now looking for a carpet cleaning technician Trainee to join their expanding team!
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Water damage restoration, extraction, structural drying, decontamination & mould remediation work
* Learn to develop a keen eye for detail and problem-solving as you tackle various cleaning challenges over different surfaces including carpet, tile & grout & mattresses
* Performing carpet cleaning, stain removal, and restoration services
* Operating and maintaining state-of-the-art cleaning equipment
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients & other stakeholders
* Collaborating with team members to achieve efficiency and excellence
* Provide administrative duties including compiling job reports & record keeping
DESIRED QUALITIES:
* Current drivers license & ability to drive a manual

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* Be reliable and punctual
* Maintain a positive can-do attitude
Working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm including a monthly rdo.
Full training is provided, with the potential to move into other areas as your skills grow!
As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Cleaning Operations through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 24 months.
