The opportunity :
We're on the lookout for a professional and motivated Receptionist / Admin to join our team and provide exceptional front-line support across multiple sites in Central and North Queensland.
This is a Drive-In / Drive-Out (DIDO) position, ideal for candidates located in Mackay and surrounding suburbs. You'll enjoy the flexibility of a 14 : 7 or 5 : 2 roster, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to work across dynamic and diverse sites.
Welcoming guests and clients with warmth and professionalism
Answering and directing calls to the right people
Managing appointments, records, and essential documentation
Preparing and distributing client documents
Supporting day-to-day admin needs : data entry, invoicing, document control, and more
To be considered
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
Willingness to work across different sites on a DIDO roster.
Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems (desirable)
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screen and Functional Assessment
Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain
Our Benefits :
Competitive salary packaging : $85,000 - $95,000
